| This is their best album and really one of the best metal albums ever. They update their sound incorporating speed and thrash metal and sound re-energized. So many great songs here, the best of being "Painkiller", "Touch Of Evil", and "All Guns Blazing". Really the only thing bad about the album is that the lyrics are terrible. But the music is just so strong that the lyric insanity is not that big of a deal. 10/10

| I love this album, dont get me wrong, but i feel that Tipon and KK were abit lazy (with the exception of the title track and Metal Meltdown) with their guitar work. But a bloody good album!!

| Priest's 8th Classic album after sad wings of destiny, sin after sin, stained class, hell bent for leather, british steel, screaming for vengeance and defenders of the faith. That's more (classic album) than metallica, iron maiden and motleycrue did which undoubtedly signified priest's position as one of metal's all time great. that said, this album shows priest moving towards speed metal as the ryhthm here are speed up and double bass sound are used. Songs like leather rebel, metal meltdown and

| The title track thrash like mad.Halford's shrieking and growling is positively frightening, as he uses his incredible vocal range to an almost King Diamond-like effect. This record proves that judas priest fight with the best of em not just in terms of greatness but heaviness as well. I often heard iron maiden fan saying that priest is a lighter version of metal but non of maiden's songs that i've heard compare to the materials here in terms of speed, brutality, agressiveness and yes, perhaps ev
